Vicki was very personable and professional. She asked us questions to understand what our wants and needs were in a new house. She made herself available to fit our schedule. She was knowledgeable of the real estate market in the area we were looking. She guided us through the negotiation process when we were ready to make an offer on the house, we ended up purchasing. She made sure that the seller fulfilled their obligations based on the purchase agreement. Vicki is a very pleasant person to work with and be around. She has a level and easygoing personality. My wife and I are 25 and we leaned a lot on her experience while making this decision! She told us what we should ask for at closing but also told us what would be a stretch! She was always straight forward!! We told her what we wanted out of our home and sent us quality places EVERYDAY!!! If I could rate this as 10 stars I DEFINITELY would!!! Ps And she always checks on you after the sale! :)

Vicki was very helpful and always ready to help in any way she could. I will recommend her to anyone I know that is buying or selling.

What a great decision on Vicki. I sent msg. on Friday night hoping to look at houses Saturday or Sunday. She responded quickly and Saturday she was looking up houses to go look at. We started around noon Saturday. Found house very quickly and she was excellent helping me through the process. Each step was explained and Vicki guided me through to the signing. I can't say enough about how comfortable she made me feel through the whole process. I have not only gained a great real estate lady, agency and title company but I feel like I have gained a friend.

I could not have asked for a better experience! When I first made the decision to move from Michigan to Arkansas, I was dreading the need to travel back-and-forth in order to remain personally in contact with each step through the buying process. Vicki took total control of the situation, remained in constant contact with me, and fully represented my interest as a buyer. I HIGHLY recommend Vicki Biggs with Crye-leike! She is very sweet soul that is down to earth and realistic. Very easy to talk to and she provides excellent side conversation. Not all deals are going to be straight forward and easy. Upper management should encourage realtors to think outside the box and put deals together, especially when they represent the buyer only.
